On Jan 5,2016 I went to my vso to findout what was happening with my claim....after checking she told me my claim for IU was denied,also increase for ptsd denied....she told me they were denied in a decision on Dec 10,2015....I told her I never got anything in the mail....Also told her I had the last review exam and it shows I should be 70% from 50%....also that I had filed the letter from voc rehab....she checked and agreed I should of went to 70%...also said the voc rehab letter is there but they didn't include it in my denial...So she filed NOD on the ptsd for increase to 70% and said she filed under fast track......when she filed I noticed she put in there that they didn't include the letter from voc rehab.I'm just wondering if she did the right thing here............Please let me know.....she also ask for SOC......thanks Allan

Hey rwskitch Great to hear your fighting them..St Pete is one of the worst in the Country....I've been fighting them for along time.they just don't move there claims...and when they do, they lowball most forcing Vets to appeal....One thing I have learned first hand is Do Not go to room 222 for help!!!!! Each person will tell you something different and mess up your claim....they really have no ideal what their doing...speaks volumes about the upper management....God help us all at St Pete!!!!

Hello All I noticed on my review that the dr added major depressive disorder to my ptsd and sighted code 296.32 in addition to ptsd...Will this have any effect on my rating? thanks all....allan

Hey All Just went on blue button and noticed another paper showed up....This one should put me at 70%....they will probably deny IU....But ready for appeal...nothing on eben yet...still in prep for not...Have a great day all....Allan

Thanks Andyman I do feel and believe this CP was a setup from the get go.just the way it went down from the beginning...this guy would ask me a question,then answer the question for me....was just crazy......Now, I understand why many Vets feel the way they do...I did write down my notes and will use them in an appeal if needed.O'well...I'm up for the battle........take care and thanks..Allan

By the way Gastone The VA told me if I dropped the IU claim I would,nt have to do the IU exam....of course I said no and lets do it......So maybe they were gunning for me....lol

Arng11 First and foremost....I'm not scared or worried.....I'm posting this "Advice To All Of Us Here" Gastone Hope all is well.This was a IU exam..yes, I had filed for increase and IU...My PTSD 50% was May 2015....when I went in the dr told me this is for IU....It was much much more than a first claim cp....He went on the attack from the first moment I walked in..Never even ask me about working,jobs or anything to do with work..I truly felt I had a sniper taking aim at me....I'm still waiting for that letter from Voc....I'll use that for my appeal.......I'm sure I'll still go to 70% from this.....I noticed on eben my claim went to prep already.....dam that was fast.....

Everyone needs to understand these people are not our friends...I felt I was in court fighting a case..Be prepared and ready for all kinds of traps and loaded questions...they are out to stop giving IU to us veterans.and this guy said he was a vet...I noticed at the very end he wanted me to sign a statement saying how good he was.He even beat up my IMO on the record....Just "Beware"when going for these exams........

Morning Sir Just finished my VOC appointment....The lady stated the VA would have aletter very quickly and that I'll be very happy..I still have CP sent up for Nov 24th....I would like to write the VA and ask them why their putting me through this hell of another CP in less than a year....what do you think?
