Called the 1800 number today and was told my descion was in the computer and did I want him to read it to me. I said sure Sinuistis went from 0 to 10 percent does not matter that I was seen in the VA clinic oer 6 times in the past year for sinuitis, Tension headaches secoundary to back denied not due to service. I thought that was what secondery condtions meant. Back stayed the same 10 percent received no C+P for back or headaches Jim

Called again today and was told that my descion had to be signed off. I was asking for an increase in my o percent sinuitius, been treated at the VAMC about seven times in the last year. Asked for an increase in my back now rated at 10 percent and a new claim for tension headaches. As always I will keep you all informned Jim

Called the 1800 number today was told that the descion was made on my claim but it was not in the computer yet. Well if thats true how long does it take to get in the computer. Thanks All Jim

If you are rated for tintuinis it should be a automatic 10 percent. I figured you VA percentage at 74.8 are you being paid at the 80 percent level? If they paid you the 10 percent it would bring you up to 77.32 what percent are you being paid at Jim

Scott I am by no means an expert but are you sure they are right? To me your percentage comes to 74.8 which is the exact same as mine. Yet I am being paid for 80 percent. Mine is 50 percent sleep apena, 30 percent gerd . 10 percent back. 10 percent largintis, 10 percent tintuinis Gongrats Jim

VA fee service is a pain in the butt, after 3 operations for my skin cancer i j ust got approved for fee basis It took 3 months since the time my surgon reguested it. I go on the 24th for the surgery and on the 25th to a plastic surgon Jim

Wings 2003 was discharge date. Discharge was general undell less then honorable condtions. So no GI bill does she still qualify for VA health care and comp? Jim

Pete First time treated for chest pains was in 2002 while still on active duty. Pills I am on now are Alprazolam 3 times per day any info? Have pains 2 to 3 times per week Jim

I have been treated by the USAf and now the VA for over 7 years for Acid reflux and Hienal hinera (sorry about the spelling) Now my VA doctors says he thinks I was midiagonsed and I have panic attacks. DI I have had no luck gettinh good info from the new call centers. Call back and ask then what your current rateing is. That is how I found out both times I won my appeals good Luck jim

I work with a young person who got discharged under less then honorabile condtions. She claims it was because of harrisement from her PO in the Navy. I know she can not get VA benfits without getting her discharge updated. I searched hadit it abd I can not find the form nor an address to send the form in. Does anybody know how to reguest a discharge review board and what form to use and where to send it. Thanks, Just trying to help a fellow Vet Jim

Me I would refues to pay the BI$$$ anything and go to jail. Look up USFSPA the supreme court said that military pension could not ne divided. So congres aka Pat Schroueder aka the b**** put a rider on a military bill changeing the law back dateing it to 1 day before the supreme court descion. Sorry about the spelling but this SH(( pisses me off. Hampton VAMC B+ would be an A but it takes forever to get a fee based appt. Roanoke, Virgina RO B at the DRO level I will give them A- but it take way to long but at least the read. Now QTC DOCS for C+P exams (thats all roanoke sends me 2) D- never have any of my records so how can they review them? Jim
