I was talking to another Marine vetern recently, and he relayed to me that his current doctor for PTSD was, at one time a ratings officer for the VA. This doctor told him that he left and went into the medical profession because he became tired of of other RO's disapproving veterans claims. He went on to say that these RO's received a commission everytime a claim was denied. and thnat they were given a certain percentage to approve and disaprove. If anyone has heard of this, I will be the first to raise hell with my LOCAL
