hypertension It Is Finally Over Bva Granted My Appeal

for all of you regulars you know what I have been fighting and how long I have been fighting it. I got the letter from the BVA today they granted my appeal on Hypertension and Coronary Artery Disease secondary to PTSD.

They took exception to note that Dr Boscarino's study warranted inclusion the the Federal register, and also my IMO from DR James Ketchum the retired Colonel from Edgewood Arsenal and the Judge noted that I had been a test subject at Edgewood and that DR Ketchum accepted DR Boscarino's study as being a logical scientific study and that it was more plausible than my exposures to chemicals and drugs during the Cold War human experimentation.

Since my PTSD was awarded back to Dec 2003 and I started the claim on my heart disease in Nov 2002 I am sure they will only give me back pay to Dec 2003

but I am happy now if I have a heart attack and die they hace to give my wife and son benefits. YES

my wife has an aunt who lives near Tampa Bay she keeps threatening her that we will drive down and visit lol I had some great big shrimp down near Pensacola once about 35 years ago we went down to a town called Milton where my friends family lived my thanks to everyone for the congrats

yes the stress is over, we are talking about going to Vegas with all of these cheap airline tickets we can go to vegas on a Monday and dtay until Friday morning and get a room at Circus Circus and the plane trip from Charlotte cheaper than we can drive to Biloxi and stay for the same period at the Beau Rivage (now thats a nice place, I recommend it to anyone) but right now I think we are staying home until this swine flu goes away I remember the mess it created back in 1976 soldiers ended up paralyzed by the vaccines I think I will just bunker down until this passes

thank you I have had the award letter more than three weeks now and my wife ain't believing it until she see's the retro check myeelf I am waiting for the retro check so I can file a few more claims, the K award, a th house and auto allowance due to the power chair they issued me in Sep 2003 due to the fact I can't walk more than 100 feet with out losing my breath and causing chest pains and aid and attendance I have to hire everything foen around here, yard work, plumbing electrical work etc I eve have to buy the old lady batteries it's only fair they pay for them rofl
