How Long Since Dro Hearing And Waiting For Decision?

Question

How long since DRO hearing and waiting for decision?

I have about 6 issues in my claim, in appeals.

For me, 4 months almost exactly. (DRO hearing Dec. 8, 2010) (they sent me my SOC january 28, 2011, the SOC was for 3 issues).

No decision for 3 issues.

Those that are stil denied go onto BVA for decision.

I had an poll type thread in which I asked how many on appeal, but that question was a little different, and that was in the research area of these forums....

How long for those of you that had a DRO hearing, and yet to get a decision? and how long have the wait been?

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. May 2021.

It took me about 7 months and one increased from 30 to 50% on a cue the DRO stated one the VARO decision was a made the mistake, the other denied and were to BVA for 2 years and remanded back to VARO and was settled for 100% PT no future exams...with some concessions...

One of my DRO Rating Decisions came around 10 months after the DRO Hearing

and one took right at 18 months.

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.

Drats I tried to look at the report but it said its not working and to come back later. About government websites my experience is that they consistently are having some kind of problem and I question the truthfulness of the reports in the first place. According to the VA everything will be ok in the near future.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
