Question
Papa
I hope that I word this right. I have an appeal dated back to Feb 2010 for a bunch of stuff. I even applied for TDIU around the same time period, but was denied. I also was re-examined for PTSD back last Oct 2010. In the mean time I was dx for and rated at 30% for Parkinson's Disease. My Neurologist has since sent a letter to the VA stating clearly that I'm unable to work due to this disease. BTW, the QTC doctor on my last C&P for PTSD said likewise. Now, since I have put in another claim for TDIU, would I lose all the retro for the appeals and other issues? I do not want to sound greedy, but would like to get what is coming to me.
Papa
