Question

I have been on 100%tdiu-no exams, etc. for some time.I have prescription coverage from civilian employment and am over 65-with medicare, etc. Question-I still end up with a sizable deductable on the many Rxs I have to take. How does Champ work?I understand I don't qualify for tri care. What is the procedure to use/claim champ-is it worthwhile-how do you claim, receive it, etc.?Thanks

Champva is not for the veteran it is for the veterans dependants, and you must have been notifed that your Permanent and total, P/T if you are the your award letter will state that your dependants have champva and chapter 35 Ed benefits.... If you go to the va they will fill your perscriptions for free.
