#1Cavtrooper
Congrats! Why arrive at the grave relatively unscaithed, rather than to skid in sideways yelling "Holy Crap! What a Ride!"

HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted May 7, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 7, 2012 To David W Congratulations! 100% SC'd sort of trumps TDIU. But, is the basis of the 100% one or several combined disabilities? Remember that it's possible to be eligible for additional compensation beyond that granted for 100%. The gory details depend upon your exact case, and the VA prefers to ignore additional compensation beyond the 100% scheduler rate.
HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted May 7, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 7, 2012 With 100 percent IU is now a Moot issue. Your better off without it and can work if you want to. J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
