Possibly......that is the normal; MOS
for VA sometimes.....BUT …

Have you applied for TDIU? We have the
form and a forum here on TDIU (paid at the 100% rate)

With the SSDI award (do they know of
that yet) and the C & P exam I really dont foresee any progblems
with the TDIU claim but then again the VA throws us lots of landmines
sometimes.

Yeah, if you signed an authorization form for them to do that. I think it is form 21-22...maybe your VSO should make sure they got those records.

You wouldn't believe the rigamorale the VA caused when my husband got SSDI for PTSD.

I actually had to call the SSA office in Baltimore and then kick some VA ass. He died a few months later and could have been alive to see his 100% if the VA had not screwed up so much. They posthumously awarded him 100% P & T for PTSD 3 years after his death. There is plenty wrong with that picture.

I am assuming however that the SSDI award will help you....like if it is all for PTSD.

But hard to be completely sure on that......

I think you will be OK because PTSD is Axis one and your C&P looks good to me. These conditions bleed into each other. To separate depression, anxiety disorder, sleep disorder and PTSD is just not possible unless their is a physical reason in the brain.
