Lol @Papa: thank you & yes I've been looking into my state benefits. That's awesome that Texas has no property tax! Ohio has a $25,000 homestead tax reduction, so if you have a house worth $200,000 you pay taxes on $175,000. It's not as good as Texas, but its better than nothing! @Carlie: Sorry I didn't mention it earlier, but I owe you a BIG THANK YOU for your help through the years!
