When people ask me, "What do you do?" I usually change the subject and ask about their job, or make a joke Yes, people get jealous. I wish I had not even told my family. Me and my big mouth. I learned the hard way..I have a degree at H&K U. (College of Hard Knocks). Ask those you did tell not to repeat it. Really, tho, best is if you just change the subject and ask them about their career. Most people like to talk about themselves. You have enough to keep yourself out of the gutter if you have to change your name and move to another state. Just be sure the VA knows what you are up to.
