Misinterpreting is one of their favore things to do in investigations, here is their other favorite thing to do to a vet.

Griffen hangs his own self with these contradictions.

we did not consider this a systemic issue.

although no actions were actually taken to obtain the required evidence.

Now you folks know its all about the interpetation. I guess the posts I have written about Regs and the iterpetation is now the focus of the VA's misinterpetation.

I guess they have been a bunch of misinterpeters.

I interpet this claims system as a Denial Based system in the first place. Am I misinterpeting this issue. Of course not.

Oh well. We Vets need to take a crash course on this issue. not.

Gee, I thought that was what bureaucracy was all about!

A corollary, and standard bureaucratic practice-

When &*&^ hits the fan, reorganize. Works every time for bureaucrats!

Any residual accountability or traceability is, by intent, lost!
