I guess the posts I have written about Regs and the iterpetation is now the focus of the VA's misinterpetation. I guess they have been a bunch of misinterpeters. I interpet this claims system as a Denial Based system in the first place. Am I misinterpeting this issue. Of course not. Oh well. We Vets need to take a crash course on this issue. not.
