Yes Ma'am, that what it says in the MRI but the regional office in atlanta wants it in writing from a doctor or specialist. Could you possibly help or send me to someone who could give this diagnoses in writing?
                               Thanks for all the help,
                                            Eric

Update,

E-mailed my va PCP's clinical diagnosis into the director of the Atlanta RO with a copy of my denial letter stating "denied because of no clinical diagnosis". The next day he emailed back stating recieved the evidence and will send to have it reviewed, but, because of the # of expidited claims it might take a few days. I thanked him and stated that I understand and was grateful that he took the time from his busy schedule to help. That next morning (today) I got a call from Atlanta stating that my lumbar radiculpathy claim that was denied prior was approved at 10% per leg which now puts me at 60%. I still have two c&p's comming up wednesday for arthritis left hip and memory loss and joint pains. I hope these go as well as the rest. I still can't believe what one e-mail to the right person can do to push things at the RO along. Thanks for all the encouragement and help along this long and bumpy road. It really meant alot!!!

Thanks again,

Eric

Congratulations on the progress!

At the very least, it's encouraging to hear that VA management is starting to communicate directly with veterans!

It's also too bad that things still aren't getting done the way they should with out this kind of scrutiny.

To my very incomplete knowledge, Atlanta has been involved in several "oopsies", and is likely starting to respond rapidly

to prevent or minimize higher level (How come (Call Bob, etc.) we had to get involved to get things fixed efforts and query's.)

Your right everyone. One point to add that my SRO (American Legion rep) has still to this date never contacted me to give me an update on my claim or anything. No help what-so-ever!!! Point raised, that if you want your claim to suceed, you have to do the leg work and keep up on things or it will fall to the wayside.

Thanks,

Eric
