Question
Dingo
I am 100% P&T since 2011, but no service connection for hearing loss, yet.
I had my hearing checked at the VA (this was not for a C&P exam) and I was told I have minor hearing loss in both ears but not bad enough that hearing aids would help.
Which is surprising to me because when people talk to me, if I can't see their lips, I can't understand what they are saying.
I also have to watch TV with the closed captioning on or I will not be able to follow along.
Anyway, just wondering if this has or is happening to anyone else?

Dingo Getting "checked" at the VA for hearing doesn't necessarily mean it is the same as an exam for disability. VA Benefits (disability) avs.VA Health (health care.). Different systems and they don't
