Would anyone happen to know what I should do to obtain a copy of the C&P exam done on me on 28 Apr 15 by the VA Contractor LHI?  Would appreciate hearing from someone on this matter

Dick you may try  your ROI at your VAMC...usually they get all  Medical Documentation after its sent to them! usually 2 weeks after a C&P   &  3 Days after you see your VA PCP...So your C&P Exam should be there.

you can ask for copies there.

If not check with your  VA hospital director.
