I applied for Special Adapation Housing Grant, SAH/SHA. The VA went through a third party, Optum Serve formerly none as LHI to schedule an exam of my right wrist. I am service connected for my right wrist, both knees, back, and PTSD. Does anyone know why I would be getting an exam on my wrist for SAH?

The letter is for a ZACHARY G HAGAN, and this might be a Zachary out of New York someplace because the Regional office address is BUFFALO, NY. The address is MY address, in Massachusetts. I am sending it back to the VA and I have called the 800 e-Benefits # and informed them about this error!!!
