ptsd Military Veterans Ptsd Reference Manual
When I applied for my VA compensation, I was alone, as many of you are. There was no source of information to help and guide me, through the difficulties faced by all veterans when dealing with the VA. This book, 'Military Veterans PTSD Reference Manual', by I.S. Parrish, InfinityPublishing.com helped me tremendously. It is a printed form of this Hadit website, but with an extra feature. It contains precise sections of 38 CFR, to make you understand and prepare your case, because the 38CFR is the adjudication officers bible. I.S. Parrish walks you through all the phases of VA PTSD claims filings, PTSD treatments, therapies, medications, writing the stress letter, d…

Project Shad
http://www.billingsgazette.com/index.php?d...5-guest-op2.inc Guest opinion: U.S. vets deserve answers on biochemical tests By J.B. STONE The U.S. Army's Project 112 and its Navy component, Project SHAD, started in 1961 when Robert McNamara and President Kennedy allotted $4 billion and 10 years to create a biochemical juggernaut. Decades of unanswered questions had just begun. In Judith Miller's 1999 book, "Germs", William Capers Patrick III, the head of Bio-Chemical Weapons development programs at Fort Detrick, Md., for more than 30 years, states: "We didn't sit around talking about the moral implications of what we were doing. We were problem-solving ... you …

How Much Time For Imo Is Reasonable?
Greetings all, I have not been active here recently at all but wanted to let you know my 1151 is still being reviewed by the VARO chosen Doctor- He was given 15 volumes of medical records along with a 47 or so pages of new and rlevant information. The revoew has been at the IMO for three months now and the leading question is, is this normal? This claim is the summation of years of pressure on them for an error their own cheif neurologist acknowledges. It has been suggested that the DRO will rule based upon what the reviewer writes. Considering there were five aggreeing doctors that there was a big error, the end should be clear but, as usual. I always expect to be …

A Quick Dental Question
Just wanted to know if anyone can help me. I am SC 40% for DMII (non-AO claim). My dentist told me today that my DMII has caused me to have severe peridontal disease. He stated that I would have to undergo treatment to try and save my teeth because the peridontal disease would more than likely not allow me to effectively wear dentures. The DMII is aggrevating the peridontal disease and the peridontal disease is aggravating the DMII. Since the peridontal is secondary to my DMII can/should I submit a claim for it. If I do submit a claim what do you think my chances are? I know they normally do not provide dental unless you are 100% PT which I am not. Thanks for any …

Current Secretary's Name And E-mail, Please!
With the new board set up, will their be a place for up to date contact information, not only for the Secretary, but for others, such as Senetors and Representatives, etc.? I could use the current E-mail address for the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. I'd like to send him a note on my CUE claim and how no one who is handling calls, at my local VARO, seems to know what one is and what my claim is for and not a new claim to reopen or an appeal of one. They don't seem to have a notion of a claim under 38 CFR 3.105, as to what to call it or list it in the information on their computrer's. I wonder with a bit of worry, that they don't even know how to go about developing …

We Got There Money
Dear Fellow Veterans & Friends. Allot of the shit stiring by Nicholson and Buyer is because they dont want us to enjoy the benifits we earned. They see it as there money not ours. This pay period. Go out and do something nice for yourself and family and think of those two as you enjoy your money. IF hey had a choice they would take the food out of you and your familys mouth, So go have a prime rib tommrow, and enjoy the fact those two lunch bullys cant steal your lunch money. Terry Higgins

ptsd Hadit Member (charles) Can't Post
Charles said he cannot seem to post here- many of you recall he is 80%. I think he attached the TDIU to his NOD when he filed it and that he should be TDIU at 100%. I told him I would post his email to me here and send him any comments- "just have a few question for you as I cant seem to post on hadit . right now I'm rated at 70% ptsd and another couple things which brings it to 80%. today I found out they have me scheduled for two more c&p "s both for DEC 13. problem one is I'm scheduled for another in house ptsd program. well the VA here in Delaware has just rescheduled it for that hospital in martins burg w.va the reason I'm having another is when I got…
