  4. After 14 months my daughters compensation for being a college student finally kicked in. Im 40% and married with 3kids under 18 and my 19 year old daughter in college. This small step took me from 730$ a month to 830$ a month. Im currently a goverment worker and was furloughed a month ago losing 20% of my pay. This extra hundred monthly is a blessing. Crossing my fingers on the back pay as well
  5. I submitted the claim on ebenifits electronically. Should i still use this form to submit evidence

  10. Darnnit. hate reading this kinda stuff. crazy how one Dr can ripp us apart. Hang in there. some how some way the truth will be known
  11. Went back to neuroligist and he said that more than likely my facial numbness is not due to my tbi. Geeze what a road to travel
  12. Thanks for the replies. Guess im gonna go see my private psycoligist and get some more evidance on how this effects my life then put a nice packet together. Not easy but just gotta keep going

  14. I went to the va mental health a year ago. told them I was depressed because of my hearing loss. Made me do all kinds of testing. my GAF score was an 55. On axis 1 the doctor wrote depression secondary to medical condition plausable. Do I have a shot at a depression claim?
  15. Wow! I found the guy whp struck me and left me uncouncious 15 years ago online. so I sent him a message and now I uave to wait and see if hes willing to wrote a letter saying he and others found me uncouncious 8 hours after "the trainibg accident". So will he help me? Or stay far away? Excited and scared at the same time
  16. I used the freedom of imformatuon act and got a copy of all my va records. Turns out my neuroligist stated that I have a brain stem dysfunction that cause the left side of my face to be partially paralyzed. This is in writeing and the dr that the va sent me too. Baby steps but looks like Im finally getting somewhere
  17. Took a look at what the doc wrote about my slurred speech exam. she stated that while I do have slurred speech that there is not plausable evidence to directly relate it to my hearing loss. However she did not thay the right side of my face moved slightly differant than my right side and that this was subtle neurology related. Hopefully this will in some way help with proving tbi Right side of face moves differantly than left side I ment
  18. Alright I have a neurology appt in two weeks...tryin to keep pushing this ball
