Berta this is Lenkl I finally have had 5 C&P exams for my TBI rateing my last one I hope will be March 8th for my eyes my claim is over 7 YRS old my appeal is 5YRS old I told you years ago I would let you know how things went V A had me so upset I just decided I would never get help from them If you remember I had a appeal for a higher SMC rateing I had a TBI injury so you recommended that I put in for the TBI to be rated for SMC it went all the way to the development stage then it was removed from e bennifits I called the 1 800 number they informed me that it was put with my appeal no action at all until the 1st of Feb been going through C&P exams one after the other I guess they will drag this out also.
