    Hi Berta. I have a cue claim that i filed notice on to the va but i did not submit my letter and evidence. it's very straightforward.  but i need help to write it up as far as analysis.  can you help me?  my daughter was helping but she was killed last year and i'm just now getting to where i can even think of anything.  thank you for your help before on this forum and i hope to hear from you.
