Vets Wife,

Congratulations to you and your husband for enduring and receiving a good decision.

Here's hoping his conditions stabilize and you can both enjoy some well deserved RnR.

Congratulations! I am glad your husband prevailed!

Why arrive at the grave relatively unscaithed, rather than to skid in sideways yelling "Holy Crap! What a Ride!"

I'm happy to post that my husband's recent 60% rating for IHD was increased to 100% following the C&P exam.

Our VSO said, the C&P exam immediately following a "clear evidence" rating of 60% was a first for him. It worked in our favor since the AICD implant wasn't implanted until after the claim was filed. Along with the 100% was also declared P&T, so hopefully this means no C&P exams. Good Luck to each and everyone of you contending for what you so rightfully deserve, and thank you for your service!

Good job.

Now be SURE to check out the additional benefits your state probably offers

and also he might not qualify at this point for the insurance because from what I see

posted it was only an increase and not a newly SC'd disability - but he can try and if he does get

it - he can ask for the waiver of premiums due to 100 %.

Aslo, did his award show the benefits for Chapter 35 ?
