Usdart,

I submitted an FDC in Sep 13 to increase my ratings along with my PTSD. I have not had a C&P for this FDC either. If there is enough evidence in your file and notes, the VA can rate Depression or PTSD. Good luck and keep us posted. When did you submit your FDC?

100% PTSD

100% Back

60% Bladder Issues

50% Migraines
30% Crohn's Disease

30% R Shoulder

20% Radiculopathy, Left lower    10% Radiculopathy, Right lower
10% L Knee  10% R Knee Surgery 2005&2007
10% Asthma
10% Tinnitus
10% Damage of Cranial Nerve II

10% Scars

Thanks for all the.. support;

I am concerned because the only Evidence my Rep sent was the DD214 which shows Artillary assignments and Operation Rockcrusher (the incursion into Cambodia) participation in 1970 Nam. My VA Physycologist has diagnosed me with PTSD and SC'd to Operation Rockcrusher in my Medical File.

Is this enough evidence for PTSD?

Really worries me that I have NOT had a C&P an am 9 months into this FDC Claim.
