Question
Scout Swimmer
I had my C&P last week. This claim has been a 14 month nightmare with a denial, admin review, and re-open. At least 3 times I had considered giving up but a lot of people on here kept giving me new found strength, which I am thankful for. I think I might get this thing turned around after all but would greatly appreciate some advice on if it will pass and what type of % I might be awarded.
I don’t have a digital copy but I can post some of the main points.
Thanks again.
Simptoms that apply to veterans diagnosis:
x Depressed mood
x Anxiety
x Suspiciciousness
x Panic attacks more than once a week
x Chronic sleep impairment
x Mild memory loss, such as forgetting names, directions, and recent events
x Flattened effect
x Disturbances in motivation and mood
x Difficulty in establishing and maintaining effective work and social relationships
x Difficulty in adapting to stressful circumstances, including work or a worklike setting.
x Suicidal ideation
Remarks
Was seen today for a review C&P evaluation for Phychiatric Disorder other than PTSD. Results indicate that he does meet criteria for Adjustment Disorder with Depressed and Anvious Mood Chronic stressers. It is at least as likely as not that the veterans psychiatric condition is secondary to his service connected migraines, TBI and other physical issues. The Veterans employability is moderately-significantly impaired by his psychiatric condition. The Veterans quality of life is significantly impaired due to his symptoms.

I think I've posted this regulation 3 times today! If you feel you should be at 70%, don't let them tell you that you must have everything listed in the rating schedule for 70%, in order to get that

Thanks Navy. Always can count on you. I'm feeling pretty good about this claim. I will be checking often!
