I am wondering if my husband will likely undergo a C&P (with a non-VA doctor) for PTSD if has been diagnosed and is currently under treatment by a VA mental health doctor who he has appointment with every 2 weeks at the VA hospital. I am just concerned for my husband's stress level meeting a new doctor and having to explain his stressors (the combat events) again! Just wondering... thanks.
