And my health evet's plan to request prescription renewals sucks too. I sent a message to primary care requesting refills and renewals of x, y, and z. I get a message back stating that I sent the request to the wrong primary care clinic. Gee, thanks VA!

Nov 14 still no refill for my anti-depressants on myhealthvet and no call yet from the nurse case manager I have 25 days worth of meds so hopefully they will get this figured out soon.

Great News 11/20 my anti-depressants with refills showed up on myhealthvet with refills, a huge relief for me.

Have you emailed Bob with your experience and the many we have here of vet's travails with VA pharmacy?

Notorious I have not emailed Bob, I just wanted the problem solved before I ran out of anti-depressant's and they did this.

What I have to follow up on is why the information that the pharmacist originally cancelled it never got to my doctor so I wouldn't run out in the first place. I am sending a secure message to the nurse case manager regarding this issue, so that I have good paper trail for Bob if they aren't able to explain to me what happened and why it won't happen again.
