Question

According to one post, the VA Secretary has been invited to have a look at Hadit.com and has responded that he will have a look. So, now is the time to comment on how to fix the problems with the VA. Please no bashing the VA.

What can he do to improve the VA?

Hey, I complained to the new Secretary and I got a call from my local VA. I complained about the fee base dentist they sent me to who made a mess out of a simple crown and tooth cleaning. I am going to change dentists with VA help. Maybe emailing this guy actually works. Get it while it lasts.

Mr VA Secretary, Robert ''Bob'' McDonald

Simplify the current claims system & get all veterans health care back to what was promised!

I am not an Attorney or VSO, any advice I provide is not to be construed as legal advice, therefore not to be held out for liable BUCK!!!

What I would like to see is a Complete Quality Assurance audit by a separate entity like UL to look at every aspect of the VA from the Regional offices and the Hospitals. Have the Auditors to report directly to Bob McDonald and the Congressional Budget office.

This needs to happen.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

John that would be an awesome trick. Quality, fully researched, developed and decided claims Properly rated and decided claims according to the evidence, regulations, and law. Hmm. Wait a minute? Isn't that supposed to be happening already? Am I dreaming, quick, pull the trigger.

I think things may start to turn around and these problems will start to wither away or just plain be eradicated. However, it may be agonizingly slow. So far it's been good and changes and positive results have been occurring more frequently. I am in the hopes that the new leadership will keep this going.

QA (quality assurance) for the VA. Hmm...

All I know is that I emailed McDonald on 10/15/2014 after it was pointed out that someone might get back to me. Still waiting. Guess it doesn't always work.
