Berta
The actual decision will contain more as to how they determined the EED. ertc etc..This is GREAT News! Try to relax and enjoy before you consider the next step...... You did a lot of research, as I recall, and that work ALWAYS pays off!!!!! NavyWife 1 GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life. The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans. Gastone
Excellanto! Just hope your not so 100% that you can't enjoy the fruits of your labor. Take a copy of your 100% SC letter to your City's tax office if your state offers Property Tax Exemption. If you <65 or already carry $10K Vet Life Ins, premiums are waived and refund is due back to Retro Date. After you relax for a bit, consider what serving your country has just done for you. 100% SC + Social Security (Sounds like your a Nam Vet, so your old enough) is going to take the edge off. Every Vet I've talked to that got 100 or IU all agree that it feels like the weight of the World has been lifted. Most are now looking at about $57K yrly, should be able to get by, think. Good Job, spend wisely. Semper Fi Gastone
