A few references I didn't understand ......."You said 100% but do you mean TDIU- at the 100% rate?"need help with this........................"Has he formally filed the TDIU form? Or has the VA inferred the TDIU issue? (They should have in the 70% award letter)"need help - don't know what the TDIU form is......................"Did he tell them of any side affects of his SC meds that would affect employability?" something I need to check on....................."I agree he should apply for SSA disability too- there is an SSA criteria- and they have a good web site- "will need lots of help with this one.........he only has 34 or 39 (???) work credits........................... (I will take these questions to the SSA board)"If the 30% is for the GSW (Gun shot wound) did they consider on that award any muscular damage,and any prominent or painful scarring? to get him up to 70%?"10% increase for GSW, 20% diabetes, type II; 10% tinnitus.........................
