Bilateral Shoulder And Depression
I am currently service connected for my right shoulder (pain limitation of motion). I have a claim in for my left shoulder because of pain and limitation of motion. In my records, a disability exists and the levels of severity are shown. I also have a statement from my PCP stating that my left shoulder disability is more than likely the result of repetative overuse due to overcompensation for my right shoulder disability (he also includes measurements for ROM). Is this statement along with VA progress notes enough to win the claim? Also, I am being treated for depression and am claiming this secondary to my right shoulder disability. I have a GAF of 50 and progress notes …

? File For Incresae Or New Dx?
In my other post I wrote about a new dx that might be the caustive factor of my arthritis. First let say I know for a fact lab test to prove I was exposed to 2 other causative factors that produce my type of reactive arthritis now there appears to be a possible 3rd, however I believe it could be caused by another disease process-but thats a different story. Here's my question. I developed this cyst in the service, it was treated in the service and by a private MD along with other treatments along the road by the VA and by me. Now it appears the cyst wasn't a cyst but this hidradinitis. I am SC for a scar due to this cyst that never went away 0%. Would I appl…

Remand From Bva To Amc To Denial
After receiving the denial from the AMC it appears it was one way to get rid of Dr. Mxxxx, VAMC, my first C&P doctor with the " More Likely than Not Decision"? The Board notes the available record includes both positive and negative evidence as to service incurrence. The record clearly reflects that the veteran has received extensive medical treatment for a variety of disorders since the late 1960s. During this time, she was prescribed medication for anxiety. In correspondence dated in April 2004 the veteran's private Internist, M.P. M.D., stated his opinion that the veteran's anxiety/depression had their origin during her military service. …

My So Say's One Thing And Hadit Experts Say Another.
Happy Veterans day to all Vets and Family and Friends of Vets, Ok, My claim is being re-looked at per my request at the RO level. I guess they didn't like the additional evidence the VA Dr. wrote for my claim (Non C & P Exam) and they sent me to a C & P conducted by a private Dr. contracted by the VA. This Dr was only a general practice Dr. From what I can tell, everyone here at Hadit say's to get a copy of the C & P. I went to my SO and asked about this and he said that would delay the claim. I filled out the VACC requesting the full 60 days so I could submitt additional evidence, and I only have about two weeks left. I am waiting on a Dr. to wri…
