hypertension Cue Based On C&p Doctor's Oddly Worded Medical Opinion?
Help! I submitted a comp claim for “cardiac arrhythmias” as a secondary condition which was denied after a C&P exam. Need some help interpreting a C&P MD examiner’s statement upon which the denial is based: “Cardiac condition is AS LIKELY AS NOT due to CAD and not due to hypertension.” I read this as a 50/50 statement in which case shouldn't the veteran been given the benefit of the doubt and won the claim? CAD = coronary artery disease. Interestingly enough, my angiogram test results, ( which were available in my medical file and available to the examiner ), done months after the arrhythmia claim was filed showed absolutely no CAD. Obviously, the C&P physi…

Will Va Recognize Depression And Anxiety From Years Of Chronic Pain?
Good afternoon brothers and sisters, I've been going to a VA therapist for four months concerning anxiety attacks and depression. The anxiety attacks are triggered when I get sinus (0%) infections because Im extremely claustrophobic and being "stuffy" stimulates a feeling of being closed in. The meds Ive been perscribbed have helped to reduce these attacks. Im on several depression and anxiety meds. The depression itselfs stems from being in constant pain and discomfort. I suffer from chronic cervical arthritis(20%) which is spreading throughout my right arm and shoulder. I also had four surgeries to correct severe high arches (30%) that created more problems …

ptsd Scheduled For A New C&p
I don't know if the claim is moving backwards, forward, or just protocol, but after the last inadequate exam, I am scheduled for another C&P exam for PTSD which I hope will follow proper procedures. I was not expecting the newer information since my claim was on board to go to BVA (per VA info.), but then I received the usual letter from VARO that they are still working on my claim, so I can't tell what is going on. I thought I was done with this, waiting for the claim to be sent to BVA, but this is an unexpected change to what I was expecting. I did rebut their last denial, so I can't tell if it has anything to do with that, but there was more documentation included …

Been Trying To Get A 100% Id Card..and The Va Is Playing Games
Received this email this evening. I'm so damned confused about what I'm entitled to..and most of the veteran help boards are useless as they use the term ID Card, MWR Card, Commissary & PX card" VA...etc, interchangeably. I've talked to other 100% vets and they got MWR, and it was included on their ID card, as a matter of course, on one ID card, not two. Are they using two cards now?? If two cards are being issued, how long is the *MWR* card good for?? My only real reason for getting the card is for the MWR priveleges Any help would be appreciated. I cannot be the only person in the VA system having h*ll getting a simple d*mned ID Card. Here's their messag…
