C&p Exam For Depression
Hey I have read several claims on the forum and have a couple of questions. I have chronic pain from my back which is service connected I thought my last surgery would have been the sure thing a fix to my issues of my back. Well the fat lady has finnished her song and I am in worse shape than I was before the surgery. I have had my claim at the decison phase for the last three weeks and then on the 1st of August my claim was moved back to the devolpmental phase and I got a letter in that I have another C/P exam less than a week away. With that stuff out of the way I have been through the VA system for counseling and I get my pain meds from my civillian Surgeon and the…

ptsd C&p
I had a VSO file my claim. All was refiled plus PTSD, which I am diagnosed with by VA Doctors. But I am also diagnosed and service connected for Anxiety/Depression 30%. I have been reading to where you can only recieve 1 rating in this catagory. Am I screwing up by going to this C&P. Or should it be corrected by the VA. I was hopsitalized at the beginging of the year for Anxiety, depression,PTSD and Alcohol. If it wasnt relivant would they have scheduled the exam? Do I need to tell the Dr it should be for an increase on my existing SC or just let it run it's course? Will it hurt me to let it run its course? Any help will be appreciated

Qtc: C&p Questionnaire
Got my QTC Questionnaire this week in preparation for my exam this Friday. Am I supposed to fill out just the top part, Claimant Medical History, or the History As Related by the Claimant as well? Just asking because the History related by Claimant looks like something the examiner would fill out (Ie: Has Doctor diagnosed or named the claimed conditions above?) Just don't want to fill out the wrong part and get an ear full...

Extra Scheduler Review
I would appreciate some input. I have had a 30% rating since 2004 for service related injuries. I also have a claim and subsequent appeals since 2006 working. In late April i went through another C&P exam for my current service related injuries. After the exam, the VA examiner wrote "After review of the Veteran’s pertinent records (C-file andSTR) as well as most current medical examinations, diagnostics, and consults;with review and examination of the Veteran and in light of most pertinent andcredible medical information and sources; IT IS AS LEAST AS LIKELY AS NOT THATthe Veteran meets the criteria to be considered solely and medically unable toseek and maintain…

C & P Exam
I found this board a couple of weeks ago and have been reading posts and learning. I would not have known I could get a copy of my C & P if not for this board, so thanks to everyone. I was in service in 1971 & 72. I was discharged for anxiety and panic attacks. I started soc. sec. for this about 5 years ago. My question is I just got a copy of my C & P today and it says "I do not believe his psychiatric disability pre-existed his military service. It is as least as likely as not that it is related to an incident or incidents of service. Is this good. Thanks

I Had My Qtc C&p Today
It was definately weird and rushed, I have a claim for: Sleep apnea w/ CPAP Migraines Left elbow tendonitis Right elbow surgery-tendontitsand radial tunnel release Left hip surgery- arthroscopy and osteotomy left bicep tendonitis gerd thoracic disk protrusion DDD Allergies diviated septum All the C&P doctor really touched on was the ROM for my joint issues. He did not ask me about the sleep apnea, migraines, gerd, or allergies only my joint problems. Is that strange? I know everything is documented well in my MSR so maybe they dont need to ask about it?? Or is it a QTC thing ? Do you think that I will recieve something for it ? They make you fill o…

ptsd Cp Exam
OK, I'm new at this. C&P exam is next week and I was wondering how long after exam if approved until money is in the bank so to speak. Not sure what I did right, but my claim for PTSD, TDIU flew through the system in 8 months. Reading the Hadit forums had a huge effect on it I'm sure. Check your records, check your records, and check them again. Mine were dotted with missing records, wrong reports and such. My VSO and I fixed most problems dotted our I's and crossed T's. We continued to add new evidence along the way until there was no more. After following Hadit and recently singing up my confidence and nerves are eased a little. But still after the C&P next week,…

C And P
I know I asked this question earlier however I cannot locate the previous post. I retired from the military in 2010 and received a 100% rating in Feb 2011, I had my first VA appt on June 13 and my doctor told me she will see me in 1 year. I have two claims that are rated at 50% (more claims make up 100%) each and they both state that VA will schedule me for another exam to re-evaluate my condition. My question is when should I expect this exam? or how soon do you think VA will schedule it? Thanks 1. Prostatis 2. Depression and Anxiety Vet2010
