Need Help Vets! Please Advise......thanks!
I had SC Right knee surgery about 8 years ago when I was in the USMC. Over the years I continued to have pain in my right knee, sometimes hearing crunching noises when I bend down, I was deployed a lot and just didnt think much of it. Well I got out two years ago and have been having knee issues in both knees now, on top of that I have never been able to run like I used to before the surgery and now I can barely run at all usually due to the pain and maybe due to mental weaknees of thinking I might hurt myself. I'm only 27 and i'm worried I might being damaging myself. I am going to the VA tomorrow for the first time to talk about health benefits and compensation...my…

Va Ignoring Doctors Requests For C&p Exam
The VA has been "disappearing" requests for a neuropsych. C&P exam for 5 years now. In 1970 I was knocked out with a blunt head injury. They stitched me up and sent me on my way with no follow up even though I began having excruciating headaches, my brain kept resetting, trouble communicating, neck and shoulder problems, and felt like I was in a constant fog. I wont go into the sordid details of the mis-diagnosed hell that followed until my early discharge for "inability to adapt to military life." I spent the rest of my life struggling to make it on my own, often unemployed or working for minimum wage. Seven years ago out of desperation I finally took the ad…

ptsd Va Is Scheduling Two C&p Ptsd Exams
A buddy of mine files for PTSD, was denied, then 6 months later he went to a Privatee Mental Health provideer to diagnos him. The Private Dianosis showed he had PTSD and gave my buddy a GAF of 40 and wrote he suffered from Moderate PTSD. Then the VSO for my buddy filed an appeal.... Then the VA ordered a C&P exam, he went to the C&P and was diagnosised with PTSD, and on the end of this exam the Doctor told him as he went through the file the VA is going to have my buddy do a second C&P PTSD exam from another Doctor. What is this all about ?
