I've tried to log into ebenefits for the last 20 mins. It keeps sending me to the page where you change your personal info and I cant get any further. It's the page they usually reroute you to when they are working on the website. I'm wondering if they are working on ebenefits again.

I tried to log in to ebenefits today and I'm getting another code xxx. It says to try again at another time.

Today makes 10 business day and still no response. I responded again to the confirmation email they sent me. Im just wondering if I should just do another Iris all together instead of waiting. It says 5 business days but I should of knew it would be double the time they estimate. It is the VA were talking about here you'd think I would know that by now!! Starting to get really frustrated!

There were errors on mine made by VA which they openly admit to (surprising, I know). I've been in administrative review since Jan 22 but my pay cut started March 1st. It moved to prep for decision on May 18. I hope it doesn't take much longer but its not looking good as I cant even get a response from IRIS after 9 full business days.

Does anyone know exactly what administrative review means?

Where is your RO? If you dont mind me asking. Mine is in Hunnington. I wasnt sure if we had the same one or not. Hunnington seems to be really slow right now.

Is the ebenefits website down today? I cant get any activity at all past log in.

I have a question. I didn't know the proper place to post it so I posted it here. I did a IRIS on August 22nd and have not gotten any response from them other than the confirmation email when I sent it. How long does it usually take before they email you back?

I too would rather be isolated from the world. I feel as if I have too many problems with anxiety, anger and just regular ole problems to be around all these people that are just happy. They are too happy for me. I hope things a are getting better for ya.

I wouldn't recommend calling the 800 number. They are the reason I lost my 100% unemployeabilty because they don't know what they are doing and give you the wrong information. I've been fighting the VA since March 1st to get my pay and percentage back from a mistake they made. My family is in a financial mess right now over their mistake. I'm not sure how the IRIS works. I sent a IRIS on August 22nd and I haven't received anything back from them. Do you have a representative?
