Question
majrrich
Morning all, My question is: I have a friend who is currently 30%PTSD and 20% for gunshot and shrapel wounds from VN. His VA Psyc told him to put in for an increase for PTSD. He wrote a letter to the VA asking for a increase. He told them his symptoms increased because of a NON SERVICE CONNECTED Cancer he had ?. Cancer NOT connected with AO
Did he make a mistake by using this cancer for an increase.
If so any advice would be appreciated
Thanks
