The best part of the whole segment was the BVA guy saying there is no incentive to deny claims. Tell that to the two BVA *LAWYERS* that went to JAIL for doing just that! In fact they really told very little concerning this problem. This was their chance to tell the people and they fell very short of any worth while goal.
