Question

I was seperated from the navy because I found out I had type 1 diabetes while serving in rota , spain in the late 1980's. I fought for and recieved a rating of 40% disabilty as a result with the help of the va back then. Since then I have been seen By my own doctors through blue cross blue shield through job with the postal service, I would like to get back in the system with the va and recieve my meds for my diabetes for free which i should have been doing all along, it is getting quite expensive, I am now on an insulin pump and would also like to look into getting my 40% raised to whatever I can as I have secondary problems as a result of the diabetes now , does any have any insight or experiences dealing with this and how should I go about getting this process started?

I just want to keep this question in the forefront. Would like an answer myself.

Vet is not SC, yet, but seeking SC for insulin dependent diabetes.

Welcome,

You will need to elaborate more about the entire circumstance.
