Question
ply
60% SC'd/combat vet(50% PTSD, 10%Back)
Was on Voc rehab for awhile but my VRCs were dropping like flies which interfered with taking classes(online) continuously. Long story short I was approved for SSDI while on hiatus from Voc rehab(VRCs dropping out and PTSD issues); now a new VRC has recently re approved me to begin the program again I am giving it one more shot, but I am being very cautious because my anxiety is extremely bad, surprised I was allowed to get back on Voc rehab.
Questions:
*Will SSDI and Vocrehab(online classes) jeopardized each other? Will I lose one or the other? I have yet to send in my SSDI award letter to VARO but will soon do so, will Voc rehab be taken away once my SSDI letter has been received? I think I can be on both SSD and Voc rehab (about 2yrs before I can get my degree).
*In the case I cannot compete Voc rehab in the future, will I be able to apply for TDUI/IU? Should I just apply for TDIU now anyway and is the SSDI award letter enough to apply for TDIU? Note: I am not currently taking classes just back on the program*
*I need a new VSO and service rep if I can apply for TDIU, do I have the option of working with one in a different state? Any recommendations?
