So my Voc Rehab counselor called and said they were ready to start purchasing

  1. Step stool to get in and out of car
  2. Kitchen height adjustable so I can sit at my countertops to prep food.
  3. Prescription dispenser with alarm. (I asked for a different one than they suggested so I am waiting to hear.)
  4. Lumbar cushion for Van.
  5. Lift Chair they picked out PerfectSleepChair.com I don't know if that means I'm getting that one or something similar.
  6. Zero Gravity Workstation they are offering this one http://www.ergoquest.com/zero-gravity-workstation-0.html which doesn't accomodate my monitors so I asked for this one http://www.ergoquest.com/zero-gravity-workstation-0a.html (I am waiting to hear.)
  7. Mobility Scooter

Anything over $1200 will need a second approval and anything over $3000 will have to go to a contracting officer. Which is where my Zero Gravity station will need to go.

I'll let you know when stuff starts showing up

I am writing my memoirs and would love it if you could help a shipmate out and look at it.

I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life.

The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans.

Hope it goes well; right items you ordered and installed properly, Tbird. As the saying goes, it ain't over til it's over. You are dealing with the VA here. Long battle for you.

Recliner delivered and it’s super comfortable check it out at HTTP://perfectchair.com

Workstation is delayed due to some modifications I wanted to make. I'll let you know when it gets delivered and I can spend more time on the site. Physically it's been hard to sit at my desk for any length of time.

what did you end up getting for this? i have been trying to get the HEROE dispenser. you load your meds and it automatically dispenses and loads them for you(no sorting etc)
they only do it as a subscription service/lease of the machine, but its only 30bucks a month. supposedly according to their website its a covered item by the VA  through CC but i cant get my doc or CC to approve it.

thanks for any insight on this.
