ptsd Appeal Showing No Info?
So I had my ptsd c&p exam on the 24th of August. I'm assuming it was for my PTSD review. I was hoping to hear something by now but no such luck. My question is that all my ebennies shows on my appeal info is "no info". It gives my appeal date be that's it. Had anyone seen this or know of a way to fix it? I've put in an iris but no response to two of them. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I Was Curious On What This Means If Its Good Or Not
Your case has been received at BVA, and BVA has mailed your decision to you (and your representative, if any) and will be returning your claims file to the VA Medical Center. Please note that transit times vary, and there may be some lag time between when BVA forwards your claims file to its appropriate location and when that location receives it. Im just curious if this is a good thing or another generic message? My claim has been going on for over 8yrs now. I was medically discharged from the army with a service connected disability with a rating and the VA kept denying me prior to this message. I literally faxed the form 9 to them the day prior before.

Timelines
Hello. I am curious if the estimated completion times are accurate. My husband retired May 1. Initially, Ebennies said it should be complete in October 2014. We were waiting to get to Pending Decision Approval for several weeks...months even. Suddenly we got kicked back to Gathering Evidence. Now it says it could be Jan of 2016! I'm really hoping this is not very accurate....any experience with this? On a side note, when we got kicked back to Gathering Evidence we got a letter stating that if they needed anything from us that we'd be notified via mail. This change happened Sept 25th. Today, Oct 20th we see on Ebennies that since we did not provide the reque…

Moving Backwards Again!
I started out the week in prep for notification. Yesterday I moved back to prep for decision. Today I moved back once again to review of evidence. I called peggy and was told I had a rating but they decided they needed to review the evidence again. Sounds like their saying we need to find a way to low ball you or deny you..... I try my best to think positive about the VA but they kinda make that impossible!!!

New Notice On Ebenefits
First time I saw the following on eBenefits this morning. Opening a new can of worms! "If a new claim is submitted while an existing claim is pending, any new information will be consolidated with the pending claim. The new claim will then be marked as Complete and moved to Historical Claims with no further action required."

Change Of Status
I was in prep for notification for 5 days. I just checked ebenifts and I've been moved back to prep for decision. Is this a normal occurrence? There is nothing more frustrating then VA compensation claims!!!!

ptsd Fully Developed Claim Timeline
My VSO submitted a Fully Developed Claim to have a few of my Condition %s increased. I have two questions: one is it true that FDC timelines are typically 6 months for completion? and two I already had good original evidence with initial claim, as I was Medically retired from the Navy in February this year, or should I submit my continued treatment and new evidence? My VSO says that I should be fine, and if I submit new evidence, My claim can go from FDC to traditional claim and it take forever. What is the best action for me. I am 80% SC and my Conditions are listed below. Crohn's Disease 30%-Requesting Increase (Unstable) PTSD 30%-Requesting Increase Current GA…
