1. Ebennies Says Claim Complete

   ebennies says my claim has been complete last month on the 20th, but doesnt not say notify sent yet, DOR appeal at Winston Salem NC, has this happen to anyone before, or is it just a scam to say more appeals complete, when they really not

3. Claim Went From Pfd Back To Goe

   Well I filed a claim for IU on 4/17/14 and it jumped straight to PFD on 6/11/14. Then the following month it went back to Under Review (7/16/14) and now it sits at GOE (7/23/14). It says a development letter has been sent but I've yet to receive anything. Guess I'll go bug my VSO in the morning to see what's up....

4. Dependency Claim Woes

   I received my initial response back 14 months ago and got awarded 70%. I immediately noticed the paperwork had me listed as unmarried with one dependent and I submitted for married with 3 dependents with all the proper marriage certs, birth certs, prior marriage info and forms required. It's now been 14 months and my dependency claim is sitting at claim received with absolutely nothing done. Multiple phone calls and emails all land me with the same prescripted response of your claim is currently in the works and dependency claims are currently taking xx number of months.    I'm sure this topic has been asked before. I have searched and searched. I had 3 exams in June through the veterans evaluation service. I was wondering how I can get the notes from this. Myhealthevet has nothing but notes from the shrink and np I see at the va clinic. Thanks for your help

6. ptsd Bbe Decision Before Ebenefits Update

   I had just received the BBE with a statement of the case stating that my PTSD evaluation was granted with a 30 percent effective date of May 26th 2012. I was already rated 10% for tinnitus so my overall now is 40% (37%). I am fine with that but when I get on to eBenefits it does not show that in the documents section nor can I add my son as a dependent. How often do they send a decision before updating eBenefits and how long is the average wait before they update it? Thanks for all the help over the years!

7. ptsd Claim Stalled In Review Of Evidence

   I'm requesting direction as to how to get the VA to rate and continue the processing of my claim for anxiety. I file this claim in Oct of 2013, as recommended by a friend who's a VSO, after she review my medical records. I should mention I currently have a combine rating of 80 %. 60% Skin 50% PTSD 10% left Ankle 10% Tinnitus L&R Ears no percentage I should also mention I have two Appeals, awaiting a video conference filed in 2012 and represented by an attorney. 9. Prep For Notification To Gathering Evidence

   My claim has been in the prep for notification phase for a week or so, today it went back to gathering of evidence. I checked the AB8 letter and it says ive been awarded 100%, no brownie in the mail and peggy is retarded, how accurate is this?

11. Mhv And Ebennies Strangeness

    Well I got an email from the gurus at the VA saying my benefits handbook had been updated. Well went to check out what it had to say and kept getting an internal error message. So being bored this morning I opened a chat with them to find out what is going on and got the usual straight forward answer, the site is having some issues and the problem is being worked. HMMMM wonder if they got that from Obamacare or vice-versa?? Then they told me well you get updates to the book you got in 2012 that you should have been putting in as they become available. 12. ptsd Help Calculating Back Pay Amount To Verify Va's Payment

    We recently were given 100% for PTSD and my claim went back to gathering of evidence after spending a few days at pending notification. There are still a few contentions that have either been denied or not been adressed. I think that may be the reason for going back. The verbiage on the ebenefits site is: "Change of Status: We determined that your claim needed additional review. 13. "what Do We Still Need.."

    What does it mean when a health care provider's name is removed from the list of "What do we still need from others." I assume VA is satisified with the info received from that provider, so they were removed from the list?
