Just created an account and can view and post topics, but cannot access blogs. The "contact administrator" email goes to the no reply address and I get an immediate reply that the message was not delivered. How can I get help? I've tried logging out and back in, closing the browser entirely, and deleting cookies...

Every time I check new content it comes up "Sorry, no new content found." It could be days and then when I sign out and back in and check new content there are new contents.

Is there any way to stop this forum from displaying replies backwards? I've been posting on BB's for over a decade now and I've never seen one that listed the OP at the bottom. My brain can't handle it. Is there any way to reverse the order replies are displayed on this forum? It's borderline unusable to me in its current state. Thanks!

I posted a reply here this AM: but it came out in VERY small print and I cannot seem to change the font at all. I have a large display monitor and can read my Office.org doc clearly but when I copied and pasted it in the topic,it is real tiny even on my large monitor THANKS hmm, the font thing worked for this post but not or the reply I made.

It has been quite awhile since I posted last, I am really sorry that I have not been able to be here and help others with claims. My wife has been in-patient, either; acute care, skilled care, or LTAC since July 14, 2010. As I posted before her Medicare part A has been exhausted and it has been a hassle trying to get facilities to use ChampVA. As secondary payee we had no problems. However, after the exhaust date the facilities try to bill ChampVA directly. You cannot do that.. Medicare must be billed each time and get a denial, then that EOB should be sent to ChampVA. They pay very well if the proceedure is followed correctly. What does it mean to have Medicare part…

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title. I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on. Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.
Again – Make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
How To Post
Post a clear title like
‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question."
This gives members a starting point to ask clarifying questions like “Can you post the Reasons for Denial of your claim?”
Note:
Your first posts on the board may be delayed before they appear as they are reviewed. The review requirement will usually be removed by the 6th post. However, we reserve the right to keep anyone on moderator preview.
This process allows us to remove spam and other junk posts before hitting the board. We want to keep the focus on VA Claims, and this helps us do that.
