I thought they were supposed to fill out the 21-2680 for aid and attendance when I looked under my health net it shows she sent in 13 pages of my past records which is fine but there was only a couple of questions in the exam from the form. Is it possible that the form was submitted and this was just entered into my health net records? I’m was looking for the statement of in absence of aid or attendance question and wasn’t in my posted notes. But lists my 100 p and tb for my sTBI residuals and a few other dx in my record.... Anyone know how long this will take to deny my Aid and Attendance claim? Or is this positive? Sounds just like my wife and now my 4 year old daughter has to take a shower with mommy making it that much longer for her to get ready...

And then my wife stated to me it’s means that you have 90 days to get a new lawyer before they issue a decision whichever comes first so Yeha Apparently didn’t understand goodthing I’m married lol..

So I filed a cue claim in 2015 they said no cue forgot to issue a SOC so my 15 docket turned into a 2012 docket and remanded fwo issues 2018 now it’s back at the BVA for a 90 day decision. Of all the BS I’ve ever been given by the VA this will be a Whitehouse call in 90 days..

So my exam is here tomorrow and I’m not sure if they will send me me to additional re c and Ps not worried I had 5 of them last year so they are all under one year the newest on increasing my migraines to 50% last week. But does anyone collect caregiver benefits and SMC L? If so would getting SMC L be evidence enough to be granted caregiver benefits if approved?

So basically now it’s 100% P and T they won’t give me T just L because they wouldn’t separate my PTSD and my sTBI? If I qualify that is...I’m not complaining any help is better then no help

Honesty it was a tele dro hearing and she said she had to deny but certified my appeal if I appealed which I did and then appeals was granted 6 months later.... not the usually case but I don’t know details just sharing experience just the amount was over 100k so they deny until the BVA PP or V smacks them to be politically correct...

To give you more insight to where your appeal is at I recommend vets.gov sign up for an account that’s how today I found out my remanded appeal is back at the BVA with a judge.

Crystal thanks so I understand this would most likely be for SMC L but what if he mentions it’s due to my residuals of my TBI, and other related disabilities related to my TBI. Would this still just be for L or when does t come into question? And does it necessarily have to be a VA doctor? Or IMO?

I have 3 c and p doctors all say I rely on my wife everyday as my memory is horrible also have a neurologist in my neuropsych test state that and my also the stress we face because of my cognitive impairment and memory causes her undue hardship...luckily that same day my psychiatrist appointment can write it if I ask him not sure exactly how he should word it? He’s actually written something similar last year in my records just have to find it somewhere it’s not even her statement it multiple doctors I have at the VA I had one doctor lose her cool with me said I can’t understand how your wife hasn’t left you yet... 87 appointments in less then 2 years at the VA

Apparently i recieved the decision for my increase which was positive with no retro it also states my claim for the SMC increase is pending approval for the exam I am getting on Thursday. Having ocd crammed research I know that I meet SMC L rules and regs so this sounds like I’ll just bring my evidence and it should go fairly smoothly so I think but I’m not blowing it off I always keep my alarm up. On another note I also received a letter that my appeal is finally back with the vet law judge funny how the VA hospital sends me to ultra sound just last week due to pains in the back of my leg but the BVa has yet to grant service connection... same with this headaches increase to 50% cause is possibly related to my skull fracture yet another thing left on my appeal to grant service connection. Can the BVA see my recent ER Ultrasound and or see my VES C&P this is getting old this game?

I love being told no future exams as I’m P and T but here’s some more exams.

I filed for SMC last April and wasn’t even on my ebenefits until my headaches went in for an increase. No Money rewarded but knowing that I rate at the least SMC L backdated 16 months makes me happy after my OCD research kicked in I have my exam Thursday and every C and P for my TBI cites I need my wife she’s my memory for just about everything, would that be enough evidence? From turning off the stove to using a gps if we are driving together to brushing my teeth at night. I’m done being embarrassed this will help her with everything just wish we would rate T but the requirements is being L...

Get a copy of the C and P what does The doctor say caused your adjustment disorder I was diagnosed with a chronic adjustment disorder due to my TBI. What does he explain caused it?

Funny thing about that burn pit registry every time Ive logged on it says I have no deployments eligible even though I watched the burn pits at night when falling asleep to the red smoking sky in Bastion. I've called numerous numbers and emailed but no luck. Right now I'm ok as far as not having to do with my residuals of my sTBI but was diagnosed with seasonal allergies my va primary doc said it could have came from the burn pits when there and he dx me at 28. So now I take allergy medicine not life or death now. But the fact they said I was never there looks dumb with my other disabilities due to the deployment time. I gave up trying to registry early last year.... Is there any importance of this or since I'm 100 % P and T has no benefit for me? MESSAGE the records we have for you do not contain an eligible deployment. (See Below) unless when they say Afghanistan Bastion doesn't count

There’s lots of other factors other then your numbers up one being how many items are claimed. Do they need any remands is their medical eviducks in a row. Did you call the BVA see if your claims been assigned a judge or a case worker st the BVA?

Is there a way to put this as a title under the SMC list?
