You sure dont see many claims like this one-
The initial Peripheral Neuropathy AO regs were so difficult to fulfill I never met any vet who could get SC for PN as presumptive unless they also had DMII and the PN was determined as secondary to the diabetes.
The original PN regs said the PN had to appear within months of AO exposure and be cured within 2 years after exposure.NVLSP has remarked that these regs seemed impossible to fulfill.
In this case the medical evidence found no other etiology but for AO to have caused this veteran's peripheral neuropathy.
An extraordinary decision.
