Question
trat8
Hello my name is Trat8 I have a question on TDIU I have a combine rating of 60 % for my PTSD I have 30% as of June 2011 from va. I applied for a increase due to worsen PTSD. I applied for TDIU or the Extra Schedular. A Cilivian Psychologist whom did my report and said PTSD as defined by DSM-IV and the recurring symptom of this disorder make me 100% disabled. This was done in Nov 2012
I also have documents from the SSDI Approval Awards Letter that say I became disabled on June of 2011 same day I got my combine 60 % from the Va. On the document from the SSDI is One Non-Service Disability and Two Service connected Disabilities: When I applied for SSDi: I stated the following for requesting SSDI approval: Non -Service Connected Benign brain tumors/ Service Connected Flat Feet and Service Connected PTSD.
Can anyone help me by telling me what my chances may be as far as a Va. Rating increase,
This is my first time using this site so I hope I'm in the right area.
I was looking for a Betra I see helping many of vets on this site hope someone can reply.
