Arrangement Of Medical Record During C&p Exam
Should I arrange my Medical Record in chronological order or by complaint? I think that by complaint it will be easier to find each supporting document. But the medical record is in chronological order. I think it's easier and faster to find each visit. And the examiner doesn't have to go fishing for information.

Copies Or Originals
Will the VA accept copies of my medical appointments or does the VA only accept original copies of the SF 600s? I'm still on active duty for 253 more days.

Updating Your C And P Exam
http://www1.va.gov/vhapublications/ViewPub....asp?pub_ID=311 i am sorry, i can't select all, copy, paste pdf documents. but for anyone that is going for a decision, you should read this. it allows the c and p to be repeated, provided the c and p is obsolete. this applies in my case. big time. there have been two additional emgs, six additional neuro appointments. and a totally different diagnosis. if someone could be so kind and get the url copy and pasted into this post it may be helpful.

C & P For Deputryne's And Hbp
To all, I am sc'd for DMII with PN in both lower extremeties. On Sept. 26, I had a C&P for Deputryne's Contracture and High Blood Presure associated with DMII. In my opinion, the exam went well for the Deputrynes Contracture part. The exam considering HBP was less favorable. As I usually do, I went to the Release of information office and signed the form to have a copy of the exam and associated labs sent to me. So far, I have received no info. A call to the ROI office on Oct 17 inicated that the person doing the C&P had not yet completed his report. After an appointment with my PCP on Oct 23, I went to the ROI office and inquired about my previous request.…

tdiu Finally Finished C&p Exams For Tdiu
I went to have my last C&P for my TDIU this past Wednesday. I had previously had a psych exam and then had to quit my job due to anxiety attacks so I requested TDIU. They decided to reexamine everything I had been compensation for as well as new ones I had claimed. I currently receive compensation for my right shoulder at 10% (Wednesday I could not left arm above my shoulder)Back 20%(could not bend forward but 15 degrees Wednesday) Right knee (10%) which I can bend but cannot even come close to a 90 degree angle between upper and lower leg Tinea Vesiculor, currently 10% a fungal skin condition which covers the upper part of my body minus arms and head and is treated …

Omg, Qtc C&p
My psych c&p and my physical c&p today were the 1st times that I had dealt with QTC and it has been a day and night experience. My Psych c&p I posted, and cannot say nice enough things about the dr. The physical c&p, well...... The doc went strickly by a checklist, did not want to hear anything else (even pain in the claimed area unless it was on the checklist) refused to do a pevic for adhesions and wanted me to sign a waiver ( I signed, but for a pap smear), when I went for x-rays they did a chest x-ray and my claim is for my coccyx being an open fracture after 28 yrs held together by scar tissue...and I'm sure I'll think of more. It took longer to …

diabetes C & P Question
my claim has been at local VA for 2 weeks and the C & P exam is done (well, not a actual C & P- the BVA asked for a "new" opinion from a VA Cardiologist and also that my IMO evidence be considered -finally). I found out that a PA did the C & P report-not a cardiologist at all-and it went back to the AMC yesterday. and that he had remarked to someone in C & P that my evidence had been quite extensive (tell me about it) I could not get results of the exam yet. I wonder how the heck the VA could find a PA's opinion having more value than a NeuroRadiologist's- particularly when Dr. Bash directly referred to brain scans of thousands of diabetes he was fa…

ptsd Psych C&p
I just had a 2 hrs psych C&P and I have to go back because the dr. is not done yet. I had claimed depression, because I just cannot seem to get PTSD rated.... Well, the doc decided that I have a raging case of PTSD and that the depression is secondary to that. It seems that QTC has 2 seperate computer forms that have to be filled out, 1 for PTSD and 1 for depression, so 20minutes into the interview he calls QTC and tels them to load the PTSD form instead. Meantime, he is typing everything in as we go along...at least I know what he is putting in the report. Needless to say we are not done yet and I have to go back. This may take another 6hrs..... :o

Another Psych C&p
As we all know, the majority of the VA Rating Officers are being not able to pass the common sense test or the ability to comprehend basic information. I have read the posts here, and it is sad that a country allows all of us to be treated this way. I do get SSD for bi-polar though and 20% for cervical. Well, in 2003, I injured my C5-C6 vertabrae on active duty. Of course, I immediately filed my claim with all the documentation from the military and civilians medical staff.. Would you know it, I was denied. I was told my injury did not occur on active duty. I sent a reply and asked if it did not occur on active duty, of which this documentation from the military st…

Upcoming C & P Exam
Just a little background first. I got out of the army after serving 3 years on a medical discharge for a back injury substained on a jump in germany for my foreign wings. The paper when I got out said 0% but i was told that didn't have much bearing on my VA claim. For some reason (no good one) I waited from july of 2005 till october of 2007 to file my original claim. I'm gonna go ahead and be upfront. I filed for (and have plenty of medical records documenting each condition) Chronic back pain, Advanced degenerative disc disease, herniated intvertabral disc(s), opiod addiction, anxiety, depression and insomnia. That was in October of 2007. I just recently, after se…
