Hey to all I am in the position as usal where I expect the VA to deal me short on my behalf. I am SC for Degenarative disc disesase 10% for about the last three years. SHort story is that my back has gotten worse and now I have been diganosed by civialian Nuero surgeon as nerve dammage to my left leg resulting from the DDD that is service connected. WHere do I find the statistics or laws for the ratting critiques? I thank you for your time and I always get good advice from the board.

ptsd Ptsd Claim
My case [like most] is rather complicated. I am currently 20% SC for Schrapnel wounds to chest, buttox, and both legs and neck/back pain from jeep accident. I have case pending for increase for Nervous condition, back pain, neck pain, hepatitis C, Depression, Drug abuse, Malaria, chest pain, leg pain. I recently amended my claim to include PTSD. I was stationed at Fort Riley Kansas when I recd orders for Vietnam. During that training period I was driving an army jeep back from exercises when I was broadsided by another vehicle. I don't recall much about the accident other than waking up in the back seat of the jeep and being taken to the army hospital by ambula…

No C&p Exam
Hello there. I am wondering if anyone has had their claim decided without a C&P? I submitted plenty of paperwork in support of my claim, most from VA itself, so I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there?

hypertension C&p Fact Verification
I received a recent SSOC in which one of the conditions that was denied was hypertension. I was sent a pre-C&P questionnaire that instructed me to bring at least 3 high BP readings signed by the clinic in which they were taken. I bought 5 of them that were very high. Had been on BP meds by the VA. One of the high BP readings in an office visit I, was required to stay at least 30 minutes until it lowered and it stated so. The C&P pre-vitals were taken by a VA nurse which were also high because I ask her. In the SSOC it reads that my BP was normal at the C&P and there is no mention of the readings I bought that were requested by the VA. Do you feel the C&P w…

C&p Exam For Iu
So, a C&P Exam for IU looks at ones SC conditions.("The purpose of the C&P exam is to provide very specific information in order to ensure a proper evaluation of the claimed disability rather than to provide medical treatment. A treatment examination is written for clinicians to understand, but a compensation and pension examination is written for RVSRs, lawyers, and judges to understand.") So I should be thinking evidence? They have already ruled that I have SC conditions. The nature of the conditions says they will not improve.SSD has declared me disabled. A letter from Pvt Doctor "can not work because of DM2 & PN".Have not worked in 14 months. All of this …
