  2. hi i'm playing around with some more content would you find something like this below helpful 38 CFR 4.1 Essentials of evaluative rating. This rating schedule is primarily a guide in the evaluation of disability resulting from all types of diseases and injuries encountered as a result of or incident to military service. The percentage ratings represent as far as can practicably be determined the average impairment in earning capacity resulting from such diseases and injuries and their residual conditions in civil occupations. Generally, the degrees of disability specified are considered adequate to compensate for considerable loss of working time from exacerbations or illnesses proportionate to the severity of the several grades of disability. For the application of this schedule, accurate and fully descriptive medical examinations are required, with emphasis upon the limitation of activity imposed by the disabling condition. Over a period of many years, a veteran's disability claim may require reratings in accordance with changes in laws, medical knowledge and his or her physical or mental condition. It is thus essential, both in the examination and in the evaluation of disability, that each disability be viewed in relation to its history. 1. babchak.doc Abstract: http://www.warms.vba.va.gov/cova/decision/92dec/babchak.doc - size 14,848 bytes - 5/12/1999 8:04:20 PM GMT Show Highlights (condensed) / Show Highlights (full text)2. Everyone won't agree on many things, but the one thing we should agree on is that we are here so that no brother or sister veteran gets left behind, not on a jungle trail, not on a desert trail and not on a paper trail." Tbird The biggest component of HadIt.com to help veterans is our very active discussion forum. Over 1000 registered users, with an average of about 100 posts per day. Please note that the discussion forum is made up of veterans just like you, they come to HadIt.com and its discussion forum from all over the world. Some come to ask questions, some come to help do research for other vets, some to answer questions, others come for the sense of community that HadIt.com provides and still others come just to provide an ear and shoulder to those veterans who have become weary. There are some folks who for whatever reason sign on to discussion forums to cause disruption we discourage this by requiring a valid ISP email address when you register. However, we still have this problem the best advice is ignore them; they want a fight, a response, don't give it to them. HadIt.com's discussion forum is "User Friendly" as long as posters do not cause division. We are not into censorship. We simply need to set forth some guidelines. These are aimed at maintaining harmony on the Web Forum. In the past we have only had a couple of incidents where someone was asked to leave the Discussion Group. When one person disrupts many then we feel it's time to take action. No vulgar language No offensive verbal assaults No sexual connotations Remember that most that come to our discussion forum have been wounded in one way or another. Be kind to each other, if angered take a day to respond. Personal attacks are not what we are about; we are about helping our brother and sister veterans. We reserve the right to remove any posts or member at any time. This is a NOT a secure website Do Not post private information such as name, addresses, phone numbers or social security numbers, etc.

  20. well the celexa does not make me drowsy at all, it gives me a bit of a pick up i think, 80mg gets me out of bed everyday and working, i've been on 20, 40, 60, and 80 now and it really seems to work for me. i also have atavan for anxiety and doxepin for sleep. atavan is prescribed 3 x day, but i don't take it like that or i would be a zombie. i take when i have breakthrough anxiety that i can't manage on my own. they had me on something at the very beginning that made me so tired that i was just like screw this so they switched me to prozac which i had good success with for several years, but celexa is by far the best thing they have put me on. i haven't met anyone else who is 80mg and was just curious if anyone else was. it doesn't bother my stomach, though it does for some folks.
