No my last claim completed a few months back, but currently waiting on a Review Claim to complete that the VA opened to review 2 of my conditions. Yes, in my experience the conditions that have been granted, usually take longer the denials. Of course every claim is different bud.

Welcome aboard, if granted Aid and Attendance the VA will only back Retro to when you applied for it. Yes, the VA can find you incompetent, because my wife is my Caregiver on the Highest Tier and the VA along with the SSA found me incompetent. Doesn't matter to me as long as my Family is taken care of.

Well I have 20% for Lower Back issues, and 10% for nerve damage and tingling of the R Side. To be honest only thing that proves all these issues is MRIs and X Rays. I have had a lot over the last two years, and I am unable to tack pain meds due to Crohns Disease and 2 blood transfusions. I did not even put in a claim for the 10% Nerve damage, the VA caught it after the MRIs and awarded without me asking. You need to ask your VA Back Dr to request MRIs and X Rays. Good luck

That's what it sounds like to me too bud. Sorry to say but it has only been 10 days, and only a few working days, so that is very normal. Just try not to go crazy and check your Disabilities listed and AB8 letter on Ebennies every day, and look for the Old BBE in the Mail. Good luck

It looks like your Migraines might increase to 50%, hard to say though. As far as your secondary condition, the Doc said that it was not related, so it will be denied. If you feel that it is related to your SC Migraines, then you will need an IMO and submit it along with an NOD or Appeal. Good luck

Every RO is different of course, but typically within a few months. Just try to be patient and Good Luck

That is very normal bud, I recently helped to Vets that did not hear anything for almost 6 months. Try to be patient and Good Luck

Doesn't look bad to me bud, just the Exam Doc going into further Detail. I have had 4 FDCs and Over 30 C&Ps in the last 2 years, and all of my high %s that were just granted last year, were Reviewed in the last few months, Even though I was not scheduled for a Review until Feb 2016. All of the exams were brutal especially the PTSD Review, but guess what most were granted, and in fact some were increased, and it back fired in the VA's Face. Just wait it out and see what happens. Good luck and keep us posted

Glad to hear the claim is finally moving bud. It is really hard to say bud, but in my case I have had a few Important Conditions granted without an Exam. Really just don't know what to say, without the official paper work. Good luck and keep us posted. God Bless

Good luck and keep us posted

It sounds like you may be granted SC for Anxiety Disorder at the 0-10% range, but not PTSD. As stated above you may need a Stressor Letter or IMO. Good luck and keep us posted, God Bless

Sorry to hear of your issues, and I totally agree with USMC on this one. I would personally have the Surgery then submit for the Temporary 100% along with the Increase. Good luck and keep us posted

It may or may not bud. The Occupational and Social Impairment statement usually has to say Impairment in most areas, and symptoms to increase from 50-70%. Remember that once you have been Granted SC, you can always submit an FDC claim for an increase, but also remember that you can be reviewed and reduced as well. That has actually happened to a few Vets on Hadit. Only you can decide what is best for you and your family. Good luck and keep us posted

I have to agree with USMC, but only you can decide what is best for you and your family. Good luck and keep us posted bud

Same thing happened to me bud over the last 2 years. I got tired of fighting it, even though the VA ENT Doc put me on 2 different Meds. Sorry to hear of your issues bud, good luck

We got the retro on the following first of the month pay, and there after.

My last 4 FDCs all stated this for a while, just regular Jargon bud. Nothing to worry about

I am know expert, but I came up with 90% when I put it in the VA disability calculator. Really don't know what to say bud, I guess wait for one of the more knowledgeable folks to chime in. Good luck and keep me posted
-
It looks to me that it will not be granted SC due to Docs statement. You may have to get and IMO to submit as evidence, but if somehow you are granted it would be in the 30-50% range. Good luck

Sorry to hear of the usual crap

Sorry to say bud, but I myself have had 4 FDCs and over 30 C&Ps in the last 2 years, and 3/4s of the Exams were performed my PA and NPs. In the End I always tell folks that the Evidence speaks for itself. Good luck
Is Caretaker The Same As Aid And Attendance?
in SMC Special Monthly Compensation

I am no expert, but if I remember correctly, you have to have the Primary 100% and then another 60% condition to be granted the SMC S. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
