Did the VA pay for the Treatment? If they did, then your Civilian Docs would have to inform the VA as they would be paid to provide a service. Also, I don't understand, why would you not want the VA to know? A good friend of mine that was a Korean and Vietnam Vet died last year of Heart Issues, and in fact he could have had better treatment from the VA at the end, if his civilian Docs would have given all Treatment Records to the VA. Don't know exactly what you are asking for bud, but Good luck and wish you the best.

I too agree, as my current claim is a Review of 2 conditions, and have been at Prep for Decision for the last month or so, and it states over due as it was suppose to compete by the 3rd of September. So my 2 conditions still state the same %s on Listed Disabilities. As stated above just wait it out, and Good Luck. PS try not to let the wait process drive you crazy!!!

Good to see you are back, and yes I too am trying to get used to the new Look

Good Morning, Thanks for the Info, and basically as you stated We are Tired of Walking thru the Dark, and Just Want the VA to be Honest for Once in the Whole!!!
-
As stated above it will help a ton, Good luck and keep us posted.

Sorry for what you are going thru, as I spent 3 months in Civilian Mental Hospital while Active in 2012. As stated above yes this is normal, as you informed the VA in 2011 that you disagreed with the Original Decision %, so now you are going in to see if the VA decides to Warrant an Increase. I have had both good and bad experiences thru the VES, you really never know. Just go in there, be honest and as long as the record of Medical Evidence and Treatment is there, you will be fine. Good luck and God Bless

I was Medically Retired Feb 13 at 80% VA, Mar 14 granted 100% VA, SSDI and VA pays my Wife on the Highest Tier to take care of me, yet I am Temporary. I have 70% PTSD and Crohns Disease along with TBI and a ton of other issues. Actually going to have my 2nd Testicular Surgery in 4 weeks. I was Retired at 30 and now at only 33, The VA is going to play with me for a long time. Good luck and God Bless!!!
-
Bud I got 0% for ED, even though I get 40% for Testicular issues due to 1st Surgery, and now I am having another surgery on Oct 6th, and still be 0% ED and I am only 33, so what does that tell you. It looks like you are trying for that last 20% to get to 100%. You need to look into your other SC conditions, and see if they meet the next higher % due to an increase in symptoms or pain. Good luck and keep us posted

Sounds like a good thing, as I personally had this happen to me, where I was granted a few conditions that I did not ask for. Go ahead and take your records, so that when the Doc asks a question, BAM you go straight to the Evidence. Good luck and God Bless!!!

Be very careful bud as this just happened to me a few months ago. I was already 100% SC when I filed my last FDC Nov 2014. Claim was at Prep for Decision for over 2 months, then in Feb 15 claim went back to Gathering of Evidence and VA ordered a ton of C&Ps at 2 different VAs. Then while I was at the VA for C&Ps, I was informed that all of my high %s were being Reviewed even though I was not Scheduled to be Reviewed until Feb 2016. Those Re Evals were brutal especially the PTSD. Well it backfired in the VAs face, as all were continued and my Migraines was increased to 50%, as I have documented Abnormal Brain Scans and I get 40 injections every 3 months thru the VA Neuro. In fact my last 2 original conditions, Scars and Nerve Damage were reviewed a few months ago, and is in Prep for Decision Phase. Only you can decide what is best for you, but be prepared my friend.

Congrats on the Good News, sounds like it went well

I'm with Berta, as I think that maybe the VA mailed you a letter, and whether you got it or not, it was never filled out and sent back. I personally know of 2 Vets that had their IU reduced, due to not completing the form and mailing back to VA. Sorry you are going thru this, and please keep us posted. Good luck

Hard to say bud, same reason I am not Permanent, yet too Scared to ask for Permanent!!!

Many of Vets have filed for Abuse secondary, and it has gone both ways. Good luck, God Bless and Keep us Posted

The claims have gotten a lot faster over the last 2 years, but then again my last FDC filed Nov 14, was prep for decision phase for over 2 months, then went back to Gathering of Evidence, multiple C&Ps ordered, and VA decided to Review all of my high conditions in Feb 15, even though there were not up for Review until Feb 16. Good luck and keep us posted

It is hard to say, remember that when a Vet files for an FDC Claim, they are stating that all needed evidence is there upon filing for claim to be completed. Good luck and keep us posted

If you are seeking treatment at VA MH, and they are the Docs that did the Diagnoses, then do not need to file or upload any evidence, as it is already there thru the VA.

We explained this on the other thread you started. Based on the Evidence, X Rays, MRIs etc. the Doc can decide to conduct exam in multiple ways. As stated above, I too had well documented MRIs and Treatment, so Doc just laid me on back, and raised both knees at 2 different exams. That was it, then a month later was granted SC for both. Evidence is Evidence no matter how you look at it. Basically by the time we go to the C&P exams, it should either be granted SC or not, exam is just another step for the VA and Vet to go thru. Good luck

ED C&P

As stated above very simple exam, and look at your health history and what would cause the ED, and if you are seeking treatment. In my case I had 1 Surgery in 2012, and another one in 4 weeks. My ED exam took less than 2 minutes, and was granted multiple %s and Monies due to the Surgeries. Good luck and make sure You Smell Good, Lol!!!
