  1. Sorry to hear of your issues but, but I have filed 4 FDCs and had over 30 C&Ps in the last 2 years at 2 VAs and 3 VESs, and 8 conditions Reviewed a year early. What I am trying to say is that majority of the Exams sucked, yet 90% of the conditions were not only granted but at high %s. Just wait and post your exam results on here and we will help best as we can. Good luck and God Bless

  2. A bud I was stationed with in DC now works at RO in a position he calls, Simple Claim Resolution. He reviews most of the Tinnitus and Hearing loss claims filed. He told me that Tinnitus is granted 99% of the time if the Vet worked in an MOS that is on an Official VA List, Vet served in War, or has SC Hearing Loss issues. Not saying that anyone has or does not have Tinnitus, but we get this question atleast once a week. All we can do is go in there be honest with Exams, and either be granted or not.

  3. Its hard to say bud, I had my Back C&P a few months ago, and after MRIs and Xrays showing DDD, Bulging Disc and a Hole in my Spine, I was granted 20% for Lower Back, and 10% for Tingling down spine and back. So instead of a single big rating, the VA granted back and even gave me the New SC of 10% for a condition without me asking. Just never really know bud. Sorry for your issues

  4. Sorry to hear of your issues bud, but 6 months is not that long compared to what the average is. This process is driving you crazy, as most, but you just have to wait it out. I have had 2 knee surgeries on R Knee and I have been waiting since Oct 13 to have surgery on L Knee and R Shoulder, and I am 100% and supposed to be Priority 1 Group, so what does that tell you. The VA is the VA, that's all. Good luck and God Bless!!!

  5. Why is there another Thread about dang Tinnitus? We all know that most don't have it, but seek Compensation for it, as the VA grants it most of the time. And for the ones that have it, all the VA will do is look to see where served and What MOS, and ask a few questions, That's It. Sorry for the Rant, but man I am tired of Vets that post these simple questions, over and over again. Good luck
